State of Mind Psychotherapy offers a neutral, safe and non-judgemental space to work collaboratively on what you may need at the moment. Therapy creates a space to become aware of what may be preventing you from living your life to its fullest. Each client has different needs at certain points in their lives and the approach I use is on an individual basis.
People may attend psychotherapy for reasons such as; Depression, Having suicidal thoughts, Relationship difficulties, Stress, Anger, Have had a recent trauma or bereavement, Disability or long term illness, Chronic Pain, Addiction, Work related stress, low self-esteem, extreme mood changes or In a rut and unsure what you want from life.
